Before your big day, we’ll sit down and help you create the perfect arrangement to incorporate your ideas. Upon arrival on your day, the venue will be set up so your team can simply add the linens and final touches to bring your vision to life.
Come rain or shine; you’ll enjoy panoramic sunset views under the covered protection of our outdoor chapel. Conveniently attached to our reception hall, our chapel offers seating for 300 guests, set with white garden chairs, arch, and any other amenities you are using.
We provide a choice between three custom-designed wedding arches, our double hexagon arch, rustic arch or our horseshoe/whiskey barrel arch.
We love to collect one-of-a-kind decor that our couples can use to make their big day even more special. You’ll get access to our collection of unique complementary decor, including wedding arches, whiskey barrels, cake table options, signs, easels, “The Madelyn” wrought iron bird mailbox for gift card collection and more, all adding value to our already elegant venue space.
The Madelyn’s lighting was chosen to enhance the beauty of every event. The reception area lighting dims to create a romantic feel for dancing while the bride’s suite lighting creates a glamorous feel to be pampered in.
Two entrances to the suite, exquisite lighting, granite makeup counters featuring 5-side lighted makeup mirrors with elegant gold stools & a director’s chair for the makeup artist, a private dressing room, restroom, generous seating with luggage space & hooks for dresses, separate snack room with mini fridge, staged 3-way mirrors, mobile phone charging station, a Bluetooth speaker, all with a view of our 2-acre pond.

Leading to the bride and groom's suites, our custom-built staircase provides an elegant descent for the bride to the outdoor chapel. A second staircase to the bride’s suite provides access to the top of the grand staircase for introductions! Hand built by Amish Craftsmen exclusively for The Madelyn couples in mind, our 27’ grand staircase has a magnificent landing that provides a sweeping view of the venue for the bride as she descends the stairs toward the chapel & a show-stopping grand entrance for the new Mr. and Mrs. The landing is also the site of our "first touch" wall for those pre-wedding hand-holding photos.
Capture a lifetime of memories with your guests as you take picture-perfect photos in our photo booth area. Located directly beneath our impressive 27’ grand staircase, you’ll find the century-old barn wood backdrop perfect for capturing memories with family and friends. Add greenery, a neon sign, balloons or nothing at all!
Our cover drop-off area is wheelchair accessible and has ample space for limo and bus drive-thru. Whether you want to hire a horse & carriage to take you to our GuestHouse, a limo or fancy car to drive off in or a party bus for an after-party, our covered porte cochère has ample space for limos and buses to drive through unhindered. We also have plenty of parking for your guests.
We boast a huge 350 sq ft kitchen for your caterer to prepare for serving your guests. A service entrance for unloading/loading, commercial refrigerator, 3 basin wash sink and plenty of prep tables.
We welcome the vendors of your choice and can provide a list of vendors dedicated to making your day flow seamlessly. We do require the use of TABC bartenders, security from our selected list and vendors to provide a certificate of insurance.
A room dedicated for your vendors as a “home base” for their equipment, personal belongings, etc.

The GuestHouse is original to Texas! Over the years, it has been expanded from a small two-bedroom “shot-gun style” farmhouse to what is now a modern-day farmhouse, offering sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests. Each room in the house embraces the warm feel of country living with the elegance of today’s modern necessities. The large back patio has a sweeping view to the west, a perfect place to enjoy the evening sunset. We invite your wedding party, family, and special guests to relax in comfortable accommodations before and after your wedding.
