The Madelyn’s Guesthouse will open in the Summer of 2022 and is exclusively available for rent to couples and families during the weekend of their venue rental. Guests will enjoy a newly remodeled modern farmhouse that sleeps up to 12 and offers 4 bedrooms and private baths, a full kitchen and entertaining area, a screened-in porch with heating in the winter, and a large open-air deck with panoramic countryside views. The Guesthouse is the perfect retreat before and after any event.

The Madelyn Venue & Guesthouse offers the perfect setting for your next corporate event. Whether you’re planning a big meeting or an employee recognition event, we’ll provide the tables and chairs for up to 300 of your indoor guests as well as 300 more chairs that can be set up for outdoor meetings. Our 10,000 sq. ft. facility can accommodate large and small groups, with enough space for break-out sessions, if needed. Two 75” television screens in the main venue along with a sound system, wireless microphone, and internet, are perfect for presenting.
